I am Professor at
Computer Science and Informatics Division, London
South Bank University, carrying out research and
teaching activities in the field of Cloud Computing
and Future Internet Technologies. I am the Head for
Cognitive Systems Research centre carrying out
research in the areas of robotics, autonomous
systems and smart Internet technologies for smart
cities, smart health and smart manufacturing
verticals.
I obtained my PhD in Electronics Systems Engineering
from the University of Essex and my MSc in
Electrical Engineering from the University of
Patras-Greece. My research focuses on the areas of
5G networking technologies (O-RAN, IAB, UAV-Swarm,
Edge/Fog Computing), Network Automation Technologies
(NFV orchestration, error-resilient control plane,
programmable data-planes with P4), and QoE for
immersive media applications (e.g. 360 video, AR/VR,
volumetric video, point-cloud).
My research work has been published in leading IEEE
Journals and published in prestigious conferences
such IEEE ICC, GLOBECOM and ICME. I have served as a
Chair for IEEE MMTC 3DIG WG and Vice-Chair for IEEE
MMTC QoE WG and Key Member for IEEE MMTC MSIG and
3DRPC WGs. I have served as Associate Technical
Editor for IEEE Communications Magazine and served
as Guest Editor in many scientific journals. I am
currently serving on the Editorial Board for EURASIP
on Image and Video processing, ELSEVIER Signal
Processing: Image Communications and MDPI Energies.

Gyu Myoung Lee
Liverpol Jonn Moores University, UK
Gyu Myoung Lee is a professor at the Liverpool John
Moores University (LJMU), UK. He is also affiliated
with KAIST, Daejeon, Rep. of Korea, as an Adjunct
Professor since 2012. Before joining the LJMU in
2014, he worked at the Institut Mines-Telecom from
2008. Until 2012, he was invited to work at ETRI,
Rep. of Korea. He worked as a research professor at
KAIST, Rep. of Korea and as a guest researcher at
NIST, USA, in 2007.
His research interests include Internet of Things,
digital twin, computational trust, blockchain with
privacy preservation, data and AI governance,
knowledge centric networking and services
considering all vertical services, Smart Grid,
energy saving networks, cloud-based big data
analytics platform and multimedia networking and
services.
Prof. Lee has been actively participating in
standardization meetings including ITU-T SG 13 and
SG20, IETF and oneM2M, etc., and currently serves as
a Working Party chair and the Rapporteur of Q16/13
on trustworthy networking and services and Q4/20 on
data analytics, sharing, processing and management
in ITU-T. He is the Vice-Chair of ITU-T FG-AN and
FG-AI4A as well as the Convenor of CG-AIoT and
Web3-adhoc. He was also the chair of ITU-T Focus
Group on Data Processing and Management (FG-DPM). He
has contributed more than 500 proposals for
standards and published more than 200 papers in
academic journals and conferences. He received
several Best Paper Awards in international and
domestic conferences and served as a reviewer of
IEEE journals/conference papers and an
organizer/member of committee of international
conferences. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
Prof. Lee received his BS degree in electronic and
electrical engineering from Hong Ik University,
Seoul, Rep. of Korea, in 1999 and MS, and PhD.
degree from KAIST, Daejeon, Rep. of Korea, in 2000
and 2007, respectively.

Laura-Diana Radu
received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Accounting and
Business Information Systems from the "Alexandru
Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi, Romania, in 2003, and
the Ph.D. degree from the same university, in 2006.
She has been employed at the Faculty of Economics
and Business Administration at "Alexandru Ioan Cuza"
University of Iaşi since 2006, initially as a PhD
Researcher and subsequently transitioning to the
positions of PhD Lecturer and PhD Associate
Professor. In these positions, she has taught
various subjects in the fields of Agile Project
Management, Software for Project Management,
Information System Analysis and Design, and Office
Information Systems. Since 2019, she has been a
Habilitated Doctor (doctoral supervisor) in Business
Informatics at the Doctoral School of Economics and
Business Administration at "Alexandru Ioan Cuza"
University of Iaşi.
Diana is the author or co-author of 10 books on
information technology, she has contributed to over
60 scientific papers, and she has actively
participated in more than 30 international
conferences. Her current research interests are in
smart cities, green ICT, agile project management,
and business information systems.

Prof. Hazura Zulzalil

Hazura Zulzalil is an
Associate Professor at the Department of Software
Engineering and Information Systems, Universiti
Putra Malaysia (UPM). She received her PhD in
Software Engineering (2011) and Master of Science
(1998), both from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Over
the past 25 years, Hazura has successfully
supervised and co-supervised 16 PhD students, 4
master's research students, and 24 master's
coursework students. Her research interests include
software requirement engineering, software
measurement, software quality, and multi-criteria
evaluation. To date, she has successfully secured 13
research grants as the principal investigator and
co-researcher and has published more than 100
journal and conference articles. Currently, she is
appointed as a committee member of the Board of
Studies and an external examiner for the Software
Engineering Program at a few higher Malaysian
institutions. She is also a committee member of the
Malaysian Standard for NSC 07/TC 11, a member of the
Malaysian Software Engineering Interest Group
(MySEIG), an associate member of the National
Council of Professors and a Certified Tester,

Dr. Lacatan is an
active researcher, evaluator, and participant in
different scholarly events, journal publications,

and published 49 researches where 21 researches were
indexed in SCOPUS, with 170 citations and an h-index
of 8 in Google Scholar and 73 citations with an

Norjihan is currently
an Associate Professor in Department of Information
Systems, FCSIT, Universiti Malaya. Her PhD in
Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
(2013), and her Master in Information Technology
(2000) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and she
obtained her Bachelor Degree in Information
Technolgy from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2000).
Currently, she is the Head of Department for
Information Systems since 7 October 2019. Her
research interest is in the areas of information
security which she focuses more on information
privacy, data security and data protection where it
has been applied in several domains such as smart
transportation, smart health and many more soon. She
has interest and welcome any collaborations with
other researchers from any universities in the same
field domains.

Dr. Sabrina Ahmad is an Associate Professor in
Software Engineering at the Faculty of Information
and Communication Technology, Universiti Teknikal
Malaysia Melaka. She obtained her PhD in Computer
Science from The University of Western Australia in
2012 under the supervision of Professor Mark
Reynolds and Professor Terry Woodings. Throughout
her career, she has experiences as Head of Software

Technology), and Deputy Dean (Research &

Dr. Jeyaprakash (Jey) Chelladurai is an Assistant
Professor in the Computer Science Department at East
Stroudsburg University, specializing in Biological
Modeling, Graphics, Animation, and Virtual Reality.
Jey commenced his research career as a master's
student at the University of Northern British
Columbia, focusing on CPU scheduling algorithms.
Later, he pursued his Ph.D. under the guidance of
the world-renowned scientist, Dr. Przemysław
Prusinkiewicz, at the University of Calgary,
dedicating over six years to research on
computational models of plant development, which
incorporates concepts from mathematics and physics,
in addition to computer science. He is an
enthusiastic educator with nine years of teaching
experience, and several of his former students are
now employed at Amazon, Siemens, Walt Disney
Studios, and Lockheed Martin.

Michele Mastroianni is an Associate Professor in
Computer Engineering at Department of Agriculture,
Food, Natural Resources and Engineering (DAFNE),
University of Foggia, Italy, where he teaches Data
Security and Privacy. He holds a MSc degree in
Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in
Management Engineering (Thesis in Management of
Information Systems) at University of Naples
Federico II. His research activity is focused mainly

Prof. Stefan Nastic is an Assistant Professor at TU
Wien, working in the Distributed Systems Group. He
is also a Founder and CEO of IntelliEdge GmbH- a
company that provides consulting and development
services for Cloud Computing, IoT/Industry 4.0, and
Artificial Intelligence worldwide. Stefan is also a
member of the Technical Steering Committee in Linux
Foundation's Centaurus project. Stefan got his Ph.D.
in 2016 from TU Wien, with a thesis: "Programming,
Provisioning, and Governing IoT Cloud Applications".
His research interests include serverless computing,
edge-cloud continuum, AI /Edge AI, and Reliability
engineering.
Over the last decade, Stefan has been involved with
a number of large commercial and research projects
related to the Internet of Things, Edge Computing,
and Cloud Computing, such as a multi-million Pacific
Controls Cloud Computing Lab (PC3L) and Futurewei
Polaris Cloud. During this time, Stefan has gained
extensive experience acting as a researcher, product
owner, project manager, technical coordinator, and
advisor. Stefan also has a rich portfolio working as
an independent consultant, solution architect, and
expert software engineer, assisting companies from
various industries to develop and advance their
Cloud, IoT, and Edge solutions.

Dr. Luvim M. Eusebio
is a distinguished professional currently serving as

presently he is working as Assistant Professor in
Department of IT, NIT Raipur. He has also been
associated in research projects at Institute for
System Studies & Analyses (ISSA) lab of DRDO New
Delhi, India, and Division of Remote Handling &
Robotics (DRHR) lab of BARC Mumbai, India. He
has authored more than 80 research articles
including Peer Reviewed Journals, Conferences, and
Book Chapters. He has also edited two books. He has
visited countries Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Italy,
UK to present his research work. He is an active

Post-Doc from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University,
Florida, USA. He has diverse educational and
teaching experience from a number of countries
around the world. He is in the technical review

Elsevier, ISI, and IET journals/conferences. His
research interest includes multi-modal systems,
computer vision, pattern recognition, data mining,
medical image computing and mobile banking. He is
